What Can You do on The Vitable Mobile App?

The Vitable Health mobile app is finally here and is available for all of our members to use! Here at Vitable, we know that there are many options when it comes to health related / telemedicine apps on the market today. Our engineering team kept this in mind when building the app, with a core focus on how we can make the experience better than the other available solutions. Afterall, we don’t want our members to have to use / pay for something else while they have a Vitable membership!

So what can I do?

The Vitable mobile app is MUCH more than your average telemedicine app. We offer a plethora of features to get the most out of your membership and overall simplify your healthcare experience. 

Our members can do the following right from within the app:

  1. Schedule an in-home appointment
  2. Schedule a telemedicine appointment
  3. Video-chat with one of our board-certified providers
  4. View your visit summary / medical results from an appointment
  5. Receive real time notifications regarding your appointment status
  6. Chat with our concierge team

A simpler healthcare experience

In today’s busy world, we know that it can be difficult to find the time to call someone to schedule an appointment. With our app, there is no longer any need to have to pick up the phone and call someone. Simply tap a few buttons at any time of the day or night and you will be able to schedule a visit within seconds. We also know that most minor ailments actually do not require seeing a provider in-person and often can be solved with a simple telemedicine consult. Using our app allows you to simply schedule a telemedicine appointment and then video-chat with a provider at your designated time without even having to get out of bed!

After an appointment has taken place, we know that it can be a pain to wait around for a provider to call and share your results with you. By utilizing the Vitable app you will receive real time notifications regarding all appointment progress updates, including when your visit summary has been posted by your provider. You can then view all of the important details your provider has written regarding your visit, including test results, prescribed medications, and your follow up treatment plan!

Lastly, we know that sometimes not everything goes the way it is planned and issues may arise. This is why we provided our members with the power to contact our concierge team right within the app - no need to search around for a phone number! Our concierge team is at your service any time of the day to help answer any questions that you may have or address any problems that may occur.
